Tweakers Australia has posted a review on the GlobalWin ISTORM-II Hard Drive Cooler
The ISTORM-II uses a patented Cross Flow Fan which claims to provide more airflow to the internals of the case. The front of the ISTORM has a small yellow led on it, which lights up when it is connected to the power source. Although it looks cool the ISTORM sticks out of the case by about 1.5 inches, offsetting the even cooler led feature. When installed, the ISTORM sucks in cold air from the bottom of the unit and spins in inside. I don't know how effective this cross-flow design is, but we will find out soon enough.Read more
