Dan's Data has posted a review on sound systems from Hercules

Hercules have two rather good cheap PC speaker systems. They also have two rather good cheap sound cards. I've checked out all four products - the XPS
210 and XPS 510 speaker sets (investigated inside and out, as usual) and the Gamesurround Muse XL and Fortissimo II sound cards.

None of them are amazing, feature-wise. But they all work well, look good, and are definitely priced to move.
