The Guru of 3D posted a review on the HiS X1900 XT ICEQ3 Video Card

HiS recently announced their ICe3 cooling technology and combined that cooling solution with a Radeon X1900 XT and you have quite some power and a very silent solution. So today marks the first in a series if HiS reviews. As you all know, we have been testing their gear for a long time now and we do that for a good reason. Over the next few pages we'll talk quickly about the new X1900 products, do a recap on the memory controller, talk features and specifications but most of all have a look at performance.
