Bona Fide Reviews posted a review on the HIS X800XL IceQ II Turbo 256MB PCIe video card

After reviewing the HIS X850XT PE and X700 Pro we continue the PCI Express series with a review of their X800XL IceQII Turbo graphic card. Like the X850XT, the X800XL comes with 256MB of on board memory and HDTV capability. The X800XL is also quite similar to the X850XT when looking at the technical specifications of both cards. Both have the same amount of pixel pipelines (16), vertex engines (6), and transistor counts (160M) as well as operate on a 130nm process. The primary difference between the two are the clock speeds with the X800XL having a memory speed of 1GHz and core speed of 432MHz compared to the X850XT's 540/1180 MHz core/memory speeds. This model of the X800XL sadly doesn't have VIVO capabilities nor does it have dual DVI outputs. However it should be noted that HIS does offer a X800XL model with the aforementioned features included.
