Hewlett-Packard Company (NYSE: HWP) today announced the HP NetServer 32-way system as part of the Microsoft Windows 2000 Datacenter Server solution.
The NetServer 32-way system is based on the unique Cellular MultiProcessing (CMP) server architecture developed by Unisys Corporation with whom HP has signed an OEM agreement. CMP is the only server architecture to take full advantage of Microsoft´s Windows 2000 Datacenter Server operating system´s support for 32 processors.
