TechReviewSource.com takes a look at the HP Pavilion 23-1000z

The HP Pavilion 23-1000z is a 23-inch all-in-one PC that aims to get ahead of the competition by being budget-priced and having good all-around performance. However, the budget price does come at a sacrifice of some features other similar PCs have, like an HDMI-input.

This HP all-in-one is one of the first 23-inch PCs to break the $700 price barrier. While this will definitely appeal to a lot of buyers, some may want to avoid it due to the specifications not being as strong as other similar all-in-ones. HP tries to do the best with what they give you, which is always respectable and worth a good look.

The design of the Pavilion 23-1000z is fairly straightforward and nothing special. It has a mainly black design with some gray accents. The screen is surrounded by a piano black bezel, which makes it look a little stylish. The display rests on a kickstand-like support that allows for a decent range of tilt.
