HP ProBook 4720s Notebook PC WH287UT Review
TestFreaks posted a review on the HP ProBook 4720s Notebook PC WH287UT

Today for review I’ve got another notebook from HP, the ProBook 4720s. This notebook could be called business frugal, as it’s their business class of notebooks but it’s less costly than others. The design of it is very classy with it’s stylish brushed aluminum covers to it’s glossy keyboard. The 4720s is a Corei5 based notebooks with a 500gb hard drive, ATI video and 4gigs of ram running Windows 7. It also features three USB ports, HDMI, eSATA along with a 17.3” LED backlit LCD.

Choiix Power Fort Backup Battery Review
Ninjalane has posted their review of the Power Fort backup battery from Choiix

Power is a fundamental problem when using our portable devices and often dictates how often that device is used. Talk time on your cell phone, or play time on a portable gaming console limit their effectiveness. While the battery life is designed to accommodate the majority of scenarios between charging you always find yourself holding back to conserve the battery life or running out of power when you might need it most.

Antec DF-85 Review
OCC has published a review on the Antec DF-85

As far as my expectations went with the Antec DF-85, every one of them was met. Antec did a great job with the engineering of the DF-85, as its design offers plenty of features, space, and cooling capabilities. Antec chose not to use tool-less drive bays in this case, and its reasoning for this is to cut down on noise and to ensure peace of mind as far as the security of users' components go. The wire management capabilities in the DF-85 are plentiful, and it has loads of cutouts and other accommodations just for wire management.

Benchmark Reviews posted a review on the PNY GeForce GTX 460 OC XLR8 Video Card

NVIDIA's GeForce GTX 460 graphics solution has convincingly dominated the mid-range price point, and its GF104 Fermi architecture threatens several competing high-performance products. Our benchmark tests have concluded that both the 768MB and 1GB version can offer great gaming performance, along with outstanding overclocking headroom. Combined into a SLI set, two stock-speed GeForce GTX 460's compete with the Radeon HD 5870 in terms of frame rate performance. In this article, Benchmark Reviews takes the highly overclocked PNY 'XLR8 Black Box' video card (model VCGGTX4601XPB-OC) and compares it against a field of DirectX-11 graphics solutions. If you're shopping for a powerful middle-market video card, this externally-exhausting 1GB GeForce GTX 460 product could be the perfect fit.

Sandforce SSD Roundup Part Deux: 120GB Patriot Inferno, Corsair Force F120, and OWC Mercury Extreme Pro
PC Perspective posted another SSD roundup

Since the release of the revamped and larger capacity OCZ Agility 2, other manufacturers of Sandforce-based SSD's have followed suit on the quest for less flash over-provisioning. Today we look at current offerings from Corsair, OWC, and Patriot.

Since OCZ updated their line of SandForce SSD's back in May, other manufacturers have been following suit. Though unlocking an additional 20% capacity was theoretically possible with only a firmware update, many opted to create a new model nomenclature for easier marketing of the increased capacity. A few of those new models have trickled into the lab over the past month, and it's as good a time as any to put them to the test.

Thermaltake Armor A90 Case Review

The Thermaltake Armor A90 is a mid-tower case designed with gamers in mind. The scalene triangle design of the A90 mimics the kinetic rhythm of an MMORPG, and its "bullet-proof" design is inspired by the polygonal virtual characters that populate these online worlds. Functionality does not take a backseat however, as the Thermaltake Armor A90 has room for a total of five fans, effectively cooling all your components even after hours of raiding and farming with your online clan.

Patriot Gauntlet PCGT25S USB 3.0 Enclosure Review
OCIA.net has posted their review of the Patriot Gauntlet PCGT25S USB 3.0 2.5" Enclosure

Inside of the box we find a USB 3.0 cable, a USB power adapter, instruction manual, software, and the enclosure itself. The Gauntlet features a very nice black aluminum finish. It has a bit of a heft to it, but it really feels solid in the hand. I suspect it could take quite a beating and still protect the drive inside - well, more so with a solid state drive than a traditional spinning disk. The top of the enclosure displays the Gauntlet logo with the Patriot logo on the front.
