Microsoft has released an update for HPC Pack 2008 R2 SP4 to fixes an issue where a failed node prep task would result in the entire job being cancelled and marked 'failed.'
This update fixes an issue where a failed node prep task would result in all pending tasks being cancelled and the job being marked as 'failed.'
