Fractal Design has really made a name for themselves since coming into the market not that long ago. Their Define Series has become a staple for people looking to build a quiet system. It is the Define C and Fractal Design keeps many of the great features of the Define Series, but is going with a more open interior which offers room for the most popular component setups. GeForce GTX 1050 Ti Video Card Roundup - EVGA, MSI and ZOTAC

Huawei Mate 9 smartphone released
Going after Apple and Samsung in the premium space. Huawei may not be the first name you think of when considering premium smartphones yet the Chinese goliath is on a mission to muscle in on the territory currently occupied by Apple and Samsung.Read full article @ Hexus
And goliath is no hyperbole when describing the company. Headquartered out of Shenzhen, China, Huawei employs over 170,000 people, is employee-owned - 99 per cent of the private company is in the hands of the workers - and has revenue of over $60bn last year, of which around 40 per cent emanates from the Consumer Business Group (CBG) in charge of smartphones and tablets.
Huawei's main smartphone strength rests with dominating the Chinese market, with over 20 per cent market share. Total global smartphone shipments hit 108m last year and are projected to surpass 140m this year, and the company sees significant growth opportunity in the premium handset space and non-Chinese market. This strategy makes sense if it is to become closer to Samsung (321m) and Apple (231m) in the overall annual smartphone shipping stakes.
HyperX Savage 240GB SSD Review and RAID Performance Testing
SSDs or Solid State Storage Drives are an important evolution in storage technology that has almost replaced rotational drives both in capacity and speed. And while costs have come down there is still some question as to what the final interface will be. Rotational drives started on IDE and later migrated to SATA which really improved performance. The first SSDs used SATA connections and while SATA drives currently dominate the market they are not as efficient as they could be.Read full article @ Hardware Asylum
New drive interfaces such as M.2 and NVMe can increase data performance but adoption of these has been slow due to availability and compatible motherboards.
I have reviewed a couple of M.2 based SSDs in the past and was very impressed with how fast the drives were compared to standard SATA SSDs. Thing was, I noticed that these drives were fast with read performance (which is what most enthusiasts care about) and slow enough on writes that SATA based SSDs were often faster.
