IBM has recycled some dusty OS/2 technology for the Windows 2000 and Internet device era.

Workspace On-Demand 3.0, which was launched here at PC Expo, is a server-based tool for managing both thin and "Intel-based" Windows clients and deploying applications that runs on Windows NT and 2000.
