Tweakers Australia has posted a review on the Intel Pentium 4 2.8GHz CPU.

The Pentium 4 has undergone two significant core changes since its original release as the Willamette, featuring a 0.18um fabrication process, 400MHz front-side bus, and only 256KB of L2 cache. The first change included a reduction in die size down to 0.13um, and an additional 256KB of L2 cache, allowing for further increases in core speed whilst keeping internal temperatures at a minimum. Intel codenamed this P4 as Northwood, and shortly after revised the Northwood once again by increasing the front-side bus speed to 533MHz. The 2.8GHz Pentium 4 is identical to the 2.53GHz and 2.4GHz models we will be comparing to in every way, of course the exception of the clock speed.
