a.m.p SP1 Portable Wireless Bluetooth Speaker & Speakerphone Review @ NikKTech

Wired portable media speakers have been around for quite a long time (mostly small stereo ones) but it wasn't until smartphones made their debut around a decade ago that manufacturers focused on the design and manufacture of wireless ones via Bluetooth connectivity. Fast forward a decade and right now the market is literally filled with countless Bluetooth compatible portable speakers of virtually every size possible which not only can be used to significantly boost the audio levels of your smartphone but can also double as speakerphones. To date only two such devices have really peaked our interest, the quite powerful and unique looking SOLEMATE Bluetooth Portable Speaker by Jabra and the extremely easy to use Boost Plus Near Field Audio Amplifying Speaker (needs no wires and Bluetooth to work) by iFrogz. Fractal Design Node 304 Review @ Vortez

The Mini-ITX form factor has become quite a popular choice amongst the enthusiast and entertainment communities in the last 6 months. Since manufacturers began to release motherboards with the Intel Z77 chipset things have really gathered momentum due to the wealth of benefits that Ivy Bridge CPUs deliver. With demand for Mini-ITX based systems using Z77 clearly being there, case manufacturers have had their work cut out, downsizing their computer chassis and designing fresh new models to handle the smaller form factor. The task at hand isn’t an easy one, designing and building a case with such a condensed area is a difficult commission, especially since many will be wanting the inside to be as tight as possible if the system is to sit next to a family home entertainment setup.

Today it is the turn of Fractal Design to show us their worth in the Mini-ITX arena with the Node 304. Node 304 has typical Fractal Designing styling; minimalist, sleek and elegant and its design is compact yet still accommodates three cooling fans.

Acer Iconia Tab W510-1422 Review @ TechReviewSource.com

The Acer Iconia W510-1422 is a 10-inch tablet running Windows 8 (32-bit) with a docking keyboard for those times that you want to use a keyboard and mouse. Equipped with an Intel Atom processor, the Iconia W510 may be a bit underpowered compared with your regular laptop, but it's efficient enough to give you all-day power enough to not only last you through a full workday, but long into the night.

Corsair Hydro H90 and H110 (with i7-3930K) Review @ KitGuru

Today we are going to look at the Corsair H90 which fits into the middle of the Hydro range, in a similar position to the H80i. It is designed to compete directly with the new NZXT Kraken X40 (review forthcoming), boasting a 140 mm radiator to improve performance over standard 120 mm models. We are also going to take another look at the Corsair H110, and see how it compares when cooling an Intel Core i7-3930K processor.

Steelseries Mobile Gaming & Headphone Review @ eTeknix

Today I decided I would take a look at something a little different, a change of pace if you will. As many of our readers already know, we recently spent some time in Las Vegas at International CES, providing coverage of some product launches and keeping tabs on what’s hot in 2013. While we were there we managed to spend some time with the people from Steel Series, who as many of you will be aware are a premium gaming peripheral brand that make keyboards, mice, headsets and more.

Most recently SteelSeries have been tinkering with the mobile market and lets be honest, they would be mad not to. Love it or hate it, the mobile industry is booming, I’m not just talking about smartphones either, but Tablets, Phablets (I hate that term, just saying), Surfaces, Portable Games Consoles, it doesn’t matter what you choose, there are millions of digital things you can do at the bus stop that allow you to avoid talking to people.

The special thing about today’s review is that we will be taking a look, not at one product but at a range of products from SteelSeries. I must point out though that I wasn’t asked to review these items but after spending time using them since CES I felt it would be a fun review to keep myself and our readers entertained. SteelSeries were kind enough to hand out CES Survival Kits when we attended a one-to-one meeting with them and while there were stuff like stickers and coffee vouchers (see: life saver) the main items in there were a Bluetooth controller, some stick on tablet controls and a set of headphones, so lets take a look and see just what these three items had to offer.

Sony NEX-5R Review @ Techradar

The Sony NEX-5R directly replaces the Sony NEX-5N as the company's mid-range compact system camera offering. While the 5N saw boosted resolution, sensitivity range and continuous shooting rate over the original Sony NEX-5, that launched in 2010, the Sony NEX-5R retains many of the same specifications set down by the previous release. However, this is not to say that the 5R is just a 5N with a few additions - the 16.1 million pixel APS-C sensor has been redesigned to incorporate a new super-fast hybrid AF system, and this is the first Sony CSC to feature Wi-Fi connectivity. The big news for this release, however, has to be its downloadable apps.

SilverStone SST-TJ04B-EW Evolution Chassis @ Computing on Demand

When it comes to PC cases, SilverStone is a name that comes to mind quickly. During their reign, they have produced some of the most sought after enthusiast cases. With the evolution of the Temjin Series, SilverStone has resurrected the TJ04 and made some enhancements that are well worth looking at.

Although SilverStone says that this case sports many of the design features as its older sibling, the TJ04, I am hard pressed to find too many similarities. To get some of the basics out of the way... The TJ04-E ships in two flavors. The SST-TJ04-E and the SST-TJ04B-EW (with side panel window). The case is manufactured from steel and aluminum. Every surface of the case is painted in a beautiful black and the case weighs in at 9.6 kg. There is room for up to eight 3.5 inch hard drives, six 2.5 inch hard drives, four 5.25 inch hard drives, and a total of six 120mm cooling fans. All this is packed into a case that measures 214mm(W) x 489mm(H) x 489mm(D).

EVGA SuperNOVA NEX750G Gold Power Supply Review @ PC Perspective

EVGA was founded in 1999 with headquarters in Brea, California. They currently specialize in producing NVIDIA based graphics adapters and Intel based motherboards and they are continuing to expand their product line to include enthusiast grade power supplies, starting with the NEX1500 last year and now adding the SuperNOVA NEX750G and NEX650G models.

Back in September 2012 we reviewed the SuperNOVA NEX1500 digital power supply that delivered 1500 watts of power and came bundled with EVGA’s SuperNOVA software that allows monitoring all of the power supply’s functions in real-time from your desktop. We liked the NEX1500, especially the SuperNOVA monitoring software, so when EVGA asked us to review the new SuperNOVA NEX750G Gold, we said yes and assumed it would incorporate similar features to the flagship SuperNOVA NEX1500. While the NEX1500 PSU was targeted towards an elite few with deep pockets, the new NEX750G and NEX650G models are aimed at more mainstream, cost-conscious consumers. And to our disappointment, neither of the new power supplies feature digital control, so they can't be used with EVGA's SuperNOVA monitoring software.

Acer Iconia W510 Review @ Techradar

Don't let the Acer Iconia W510 and its hearty hinge confuse you. It's a tablet, not one of those convertible laptops you've been seeing lately. It may transform into three different modes, but it's a Windows 8 slate with a keyboard dock, pure and simple.Why? Because its 10.2-inch form factor and low-wattage Atom processor make it less than functional for all but the most basic computing tasks. Despite running the full version of Windows 8, it has more in common with the Microsoft Surface RT than a true convertible like Lenovo Thinkpad Helix.Our configuration of the Acer Iconia W510 packs a 1.8GHz Intel Atom processor, 2GB of RAM, and a 64GB SSD. It retails for $750, half of what true transformers like the HP Envy X2 go for, but don't mistake the W510 for a value. This is iPad pricing without iPad performance, and for just a $100 more, you could get a more functional, albeit heavier, Windows 8 laptop. Or you could get a sleek Surface RT, preloaded with Microsoft Office.
