T-Break has posted a review on Iwill's 845G board- the P4GS featuring Serial-ATA

Iwill’s been absent from the mainstream market for a while now. Recently, they did release a couple of motherboards- the MPX chipset/dual AMD board and the 850E/RDRAM1066 motherboard, but neither of these boards can really be considered mainstream products. However, it seems like Iwill is once again ready to focus on this market segment with the announcement of their VIA KT400 and Intel 845 chipset boards.
