Hardware Pacers has posted a review on the Kingwin Aluminum Thermal Center

The fan indicator to the right of the RPM displays if the fan is not spin ning, spinning normally or spinning at full speed. On the left of the RP M, it displays if power is provided to the Thermal Center and if the HDD is active. The display changes every five seconds and to change what the LCD is displaying, the user has to push the Up or Down buttons. Furtherm ore, Kingwin Thermal Center adjusts the fan speed by providing only a cert ain voltage towards the fans at distinct temperatures.
