South Korea's largest Internet portal, Daum Communications, said Thursday it was seeking a court injunction to block the sale of Microsoft's Windows XP operating system in Korea.

Daum has led a move by some Korean software companies against the sale of Windows XP, the latest version of Microsoft's flagship product, which is scheduled for widespread retail release Oct. 25.
