Tom's Hardware Guide has posted a review on the Samsung 17in and NEC LCD1760V LCD displays

Any self-respecting buyer of a 17-inch LCD monitor starts out by making a list of self-respecting monitors. This list would naturally include the Hitachi CML174SXW and the Iiyama AS4314UTG, both of which have been tested by Tom's . But we hadn't yet tested the 171N, a 25 ms, or the LCD1760V, a 16 ms. Well, this is now remedied, and for good measure we've thrown in some general details on LCDs: frequencies, technologies, interfaces, etc.
