T-Break has posted a review on Leadtek's nForce 420D chipset board- the K7n420DA.

Even though the nForce does not support DDR-333 officially, Leadtek have found a way to make it work. When DDR-333 was selected, the POST reported memory speed as 333MHz and memory scores in Sandra were also noticeably higher which indicates that the memory is indeed running at DDR-333 speeds.
