The user Jesher2000 on samfirmware.com has posted a "leaked" firmware update for the Omnia 7 which supposedly contains the NoDo update.

Unfortunately, we are not certain as to the validity of the firmware, as we don't have an Omnia 7 to test with. Another consideration when applying this firmware is that Microsoft has announced that they will be resuming updates to the Omnia 7 after resolving issues with their earlier update package. As with any non-official firmware, we strongly suggest considering the pros and cons, as there is always the possibility of bricking your device.
