Screenshots of Microsoft's Project Spartan on Windows 10 for phones have been leaked on the web, the images show several changes like "reading lists" and repositioning of the address bar

From Neowin:
As can be seen from the build shown in the screenshot, the browser implements the use of ellipses instead of the oft-criticized hamburger menu, which has become increasingly common in Windows apps. The address bar is now repositioned to the top of the screen instead of the bottom.

Moreover, "reading lists" can also be seen in the leaked build, similar to what we reported on being present in Windows 10 desktop. Coupled with the "hub" control, the reading list feature is a basic implementation to group content by type or publication for offline reading. We fully expect more features to be added in upcoming builds of Spartan to improve the reading list experience.
