Thanks to Tejas for sending me the follow:
I found a way on USEnet someone posted to get the Lexmark 3200 ( perhaps other Lexmark printers work too ) to work with Win2000 final build using Windows NT 4.0 drivers. Here is the way to do it, by the way I got it to work, and it works pretty damm well except for some reason spoolsv.exe crashes, can´t figure that out yet.

Please read and follow these instruction below:Update: One thing that is important though, the drivers for NT 4.0 from Lexmark´s website currently have a date of "06/12/1998"
I managed to install the NT 4.0 drivers on the final build of win2000.
I was tired of waiting for the Lexmark drivers, and I managed this working aproach:
Enter win2000 as Administrator
Edit printupg.inf (located at WINNTinf under [Printer Driver Mapping] add the following line (a single line: "Lexmark 3200 Series ColorFine" = "Lexmark 3200 Series ColorFine (MS)" , "08/04/1998" the date used should be the date of file "lexddriv.dl_" from your NT 4.0 driver disk in the MM/DD/YYYY format!
Add your printer either from control panel "add printer" option or from the normal setup.
The driver should now be recognised by win2000; you have to "tell" to the driver that you have installed your ink cartriges, and voilá! Printing on win2000 enabled!
I hope this helps all the Lexmark 3200 users who were expecting (like me) for these drivers to be released by Lexmark on 17/02/2000!
Notes: it´s really important that the date to write in the printupg.inf is the one of the file lexddriv.dl_, otherwise, it wont work. 08/04/1998 should be the one of the driver that came with your installation CD.
