PC Modding Malaysia has posted a LICS M-I CPU Water Block Review

The water block was made of high quality and solidity. The installation was pretty clear-cut and the SpeedChannel proved to be working best on M-I. Even though we it may not be as appealing as the WaterChill, the polished brass lid not only looks cool but it also helps in increasing the heat dissipation. Optionally, you can purchase the transparent acrylic lid (with LED) from Com-Tra.de for just $14. We did not expect such a good performance CPU water block from a fairly unknown manufacturer. Therefore, we would like anyone looking for a universal water block with a tight budget, the M-I should serve you well.
