Nick Precision has put up a guide about making a remote LCD case for $20

This is using an LCD from Matrix Orbiatal, but any LCD could be used. I used CAT5 to carry the voltage because I have an abundance of it from an interesting mission my roomate and I went on one night, but any cable could be used.
