Microsoft has just released an open source Office 365 SDK preview for Android

From Ostatic:
The new SDK can help make Office 365 much more relevant for Android users, and developers will likely start building Android apps using the SDK, which can pull data from Offiice 365. Could this kind of open source-friendly move mean that Microsoft has strategic plans around Android? That last question is not as far-fetched as it may sound. At the recent Mobile World Congress show in Barcelona, Nokia announced the Nokia X and X+ (one is seen in the photo), which are smartphones running Android. The reason that is significant is that Microsoft's acquisition of Nokia is about to go through, which means that Microsoft may find itself in the Android business. If it does have Android phones under its wing, why shouldn't development efforts for Android and Office 365 applications be going on?
