Adds plug-ins for Packer.io and Opennebula

At the O'Reilly Open Source Convention (OSCON) the company announced that Packer.io and Opennebula will become interoperable with Microsoft technologies, including Docker libswarm and Kubernetes.

Two plug-ins for Microsoft Azure and Hyper-V will allow users to generate machine images and then launch them to server. In Azure, Packer.io will be able to create customised virtual machine images, save them to Azure blogs and then launch them to Azure Infrastructure services. Opennebula will also benefit from plug-ins aimed at deploying hybrid clouds on Azure.
