Ergonomics has been a major concern for most computer users, and if it's on you list of concerns it should be. With the growing number of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome cases, using a keyboard (or anything for that matter) that puts less stress on your writs is a smart idea. Once you learn to adjust to it, the Microsoft keyboard really is comfortable, this is probably the most comfortable fit to a keyboard that I have ever had. But there is a training period involved with this keyboard. The wrist rest on it is quite high, my hand tending to slip the first couple of times I was using it, this was due to me being so used to my old keyboard.
