The Inquirer posted a story that Microsoft has released a Windows Phone 8 syncing app for Windows 8 and Windows RT

However, the app is pretty useless right now, as the firm has yet to launch its Windows Phone 8 mobile operating system. There's not long to wait though, as Microsoft is holding an event later on today to launch its new mobile operating system, where it'll also be sure to showcase its flagship Windows Phone 8 device, the HTC Windows Phone 8X.
