Microsoft will offer Emporium, a shopping app that was recently released for Windows Phone, to non-Microsoft platforms later, including iOS and Android devices.

From Neowin:
A few days ago, Microsoft released a new internally developed app for Windows Phone users called Emporium. Now a new report on ZDNet claims that Microsoft is aiming to launch this new app on other non-Microsoft platforms later this year.

The app itself is designed specifically to help promote and sell Microsoft-based products. Users can access the app to check out prices and reviews along with viewing images and video for a variety of Microsoft retail products. That includes Windows and Office software, Xbox 360 games, Windows Phone devices and other hardware products.
