Gaming in 3D has posted a middle-lower-end Subwoofer showdown
There are GOBS of home theater subs out there now, and I know many of you out there are turning your computers into the center of your home theater (I sure have!). How much are you people willing to spend? I'm guessing around $200-$500. While my "middle-lower-end" title may seem superfluous, I believe it needs to be said, as subs can dip under $100, or soar past $5000. I'd say low-end subs are basically anything under five or six hundred bucks, so this mid-low classification serves to give everyone an idea on what range and audience I'm focusing on.Read more
Okay, so who's under the microscope today? That would be Klipsch and HSU Research. Both are known for neither uber-high-end, nor utter-crap, so the competition amongst them should prove interesting. Let's introduce the contestants!
