HardwareZone has posted an MSI K7N2-L (NVIDIA nForce2) review

The only difference between an nForce2-ST and nForce2-S motherboard lies with the Southbridge type utilized. The former uses the nForce2 MCP-T while the latter uses the nForce2 MCP chip. Both are basically similar but the nForce2 MCP is without the NVIDIA DualNet, Firewire media controller and the NVIDIA SoundStorm APU. All of these items are available on the more expensive nForce2 MCP-T Southbridge.
