2019 entry-level MacBook Pro with Touch Bar and Touch ID Review

Last week Apple pushed out a couple of updates to the entry-level MacBook Pro and the MacBook Air. The MacBook Air update included a new lower $1099 starting price along with True Tone Display support.
The MacBook Air update was nice, but the refresh to the entry-level MacBook Pro, which hasnt received an update since 2017, was far more compelling. The new entry-level MacBook model comes with refreshed internals, Touch Bar and Touch ID support, and features the same $1299 base price.
Touch Bar support is nice, but the most impressive thing about this refresh is its speed, thanks large in part to the 8th-generation quad-core CPU that replaces the dual-core CPU on the previous iteration. The update makes the entry-level MacBook Pro well worth considering, even for those who felt the previous model was too underpowered for their needs.

AMD Ryzen 5 3600X Review

Is this AMD's best all-round chip? We find out. Been a busy few weeks, hasn't it? AMD released a tech jamboree at the start of the month, headlined by all-new Navi-based Radeons and six Ryzen 3000-series CPUs touting the latest Zen 2 architecture and 7nm production.

On launch day, we took a look at two higher-end parts seeded by AMD - the Ryzen 9 3900X (£480) and Ryzen 7 3700X (£320), and both offered a decent performance uplift over their predecessors.

Though impressive, their asking price puts them outside of the volume mainstream market. This is where the Ryzen 5 duo comes in. We've got our mitts on the Ryzen 5 3600X, retailing for $250 (£240), so let's take a closer look.

MSI RTX 2060 Super Gaming X Review

Man, its been a crazy couple of weeks. Nvidia launched their RTX 2070 SUPER and RTX 2060 SUPER a week and a half ago. I had the chance to check them out and was impressed with the jump in performance they were both offering over the previous models.
