There is a little Mushkin PC150 Memory Vs. NEC VC PC133 Memory ´review´ in the Athlonmb.com Forums that has some interesting information.

Again, even when the Mushkin PC-150 HSDRAM is set to its closest rated optimal setting within a KT133-based Award BIOS, still fell short to the NEC PC-133 Virtual Channel SDRAM. Even at those settings, the system became unstable. To employ the performance features of the Mushkin PC-150 HSDRAM, it is important that the platform by which the memory resides accommodates a stable FSB of 150MHz. Unfortunately, I do not believe any KT133 chip-based motherboard could achieve this intensive FSB setting of 150MHz. This may confirm and according to Mushkin, that Mushkin's PC-150 memory is better suited with the i815e/BX platform (Intel). The instability with regard to overclocking is a result in my opinion, of a rather undeveloped platform such as the Irongate, KX and KT133 chipsets. Another, important consideration is cost.
