Luckily, dinil007 has published a workaround on Reddit:
1. Open RUN WINDOW and type Gpedit.msc.
2. Computer settings\Windows settings\Security settings\Local policies\Security options
3. Double click on User Account Control:RUN all Administrator in Admin approval(Option should be enable).
4. open cmd, type "gpupdate /force"
*In order to implement change, system restart is mandatory.
*To restart the system Press “windows+r” together and type “shutdown -r”
