A number of new and updated Windows 8 Metro-style PC apps are now available to download for free in the Windows 8 Consumer Preview via the Windows Store feature.

The Windows 8 Consumer Preview version, released in late February, added the Windows Store feature, allowing anyone who used the preview version of the OS to download Metro-style PC apps. A number of new Windows 8 Metro apps have recently been made available on Windows Store, while a few previously released apps have gotten updates.
