WinRumors reports that Microsofts Windows Phone 7 is experiencing a second service outage this week.
WinRumors readers are reporting that they are unable to access Xbox LIVE services on multiple Windows Phone 7 devices. WinRumors has confirmed this on our own Samsung Focus and HTC 7 Mozart devices with separate Windows Live accounts. The symptoms appears to be related to Microsoft’s back-end Windows Live services.
