Tweakers Australia has posted a short article and image gallery on the free testing utility from NVIDIA - ChameleonMark.
A lot of you would already know that ChameleonMark - a performance analysis utility for the Geforce3 GPU - was recently released by NVIDIA, and is freely available for download at their website. I thought it would be interesting to see how the Chameleon is rendered on a non-NVIDIA GPU, so we choose the ATI Radeon 8500 (R200) card with 64MB of memory. If your wondering what ChameleonMark actually is, well here is what NVIDIA has to say about it: ChameleonMark is a performance tool for measuring pixel shader performance for a variety of shaders. It is based upon the popular Chameleon demo released by NVIDIA with the introduction of the Geforce3 line of GPUs. The test uses three of the Chameleon skins.
