NVmax has posted a NVIDIA GeForce 4 Technology Preview
The GeForce 4 is not as technically blinding over the GeForce 3 as the GeForce 3 was to the GeForce 2; but there are significant changes, or rather tweaks, that will greatly improve the effectiveness of GeForce 3 implementations. It is these improvements that make or break the usage of the card in the real world environment. A typical example was running an intensive game at high resolution with 4 sampled anti-aliasing enabled; not practically possible.
