NVIDIA GeForce GTX 570 DirectX 11 GPU Review @ HotHardware.com
Hot on the heels of the arrival of their flagship GeForce GTX 580, NVIDIA is launching another new graphics card today, based on the GF110 GPU. As we've come to expect from NVIDIA, and AMD for that matter, when a new GPU arrives, derivatives based on pared down version of the chip typically get introduced at some point, but with somewhat lower specifications. Such is the case with the GeForce GTX 570 we'll be showing you here today.Read more
It's almost funny to say "somewhat lower specifications", however, because the GeForce GTX 570 is one heck of a powerful graphics card, as you'll see. We've got the full specifications outlined, followed by a complete set of performance numbers using both a reference card and factory overclocked model from EVGA-the GeForce GTX 570 SuperClocked Edition...
Palit GeForce GTX 570 Sonic Platinum @ techPowerUp
NVIDIA's new GeForce GTX 570 complements the GTX 580 at more affordable price levels. It offers the same reduced power consumption as its big brother without compromising performance. Palit's GTX 570 is a custom design with a unique thermal solution and substantially increased clock speeds out of the box.Read more
[Tech ARP] NVIDIA GeForce GTX 570 Tech Report
Hot on the heels of the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 580 is the new NVIDIA GeForce GTX 570 and it has arrived just in time for the Christmas shopping season! It’s based on the same GF110 GPU that was used in the GeForce GTX 580. Like its bigger brother, the GeForce GTX 570 will also be known as "The Tank". That makes it the third "Tank" in NVIDIA’s arsenal.Read more
The "new Tank" is not only faster but also uses less power, runs cooler and costs US$ 150 (30%) less than the "original Tank" at launch. Read on to find out why we think this is such an irresistible upgrade this Christmas season!
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 570 (1280MB) Review
Nvidia's GeForce GTX 580 may be the current king of the hill, but this could change before the end of the year when AMD launches their new Radeon HD 6900 series. So with the real high-end battle still to take place Nvidia is not sitting around waiting for AMD to strike back. Instead, they are getting ready to release their second GF110-based product.Read more
The GeForce GTX 570 should be hitting shelves shortly, featuring similar specifications to that of the GTX 480 but with a lower price at around $400. As the GeForce GTX 470 was to the GTX 480, the GTX 570 is a cut down version of the recently released GTX 580. Thermals and operating efficiency will remain much the same, as will the features. What has changed is the core configuration, operating frequencies, and memory bus width, all of which have been slightly reduced.
The GeForce GTX 570 is likely targeting the yet to be released AMD Radeon HD 6950 – which we still know little about. For now, though, let's take a closer look at the GeForce GTX 570 we have in our hands and find out how well it performs.
