NVmax is small program designed to tweak any Nvidia graphics card which uses the detonator drivers. NVmax will allow you to customise quality and performance for the system, DirectX and OpenGL. So whats new in 1.39? Well the preset "7" problem is fixed. NVmax will auto
select the first device as default if you havnt selected one yet, which in earlier versions caused setting not to be saved.

-Added support for shared memory write, this allows 3rd party programs to
push values into the MBM 5 shared memory which MBM will respond to like they
