Thermaltake Jing Cooler Review
KitGuru posted a review on the Thermaltake Jing Cooler

The latest product we are looking at today from Thermaltake is not designed to replace the FRIO, more to compliment it. This cooler is called the JING, which Thermaltake say means ‘silence’. We prefer the chinese medical definition meaning ‘essence, genetic makeup, or life’. This rather dramatically named product has been created to capture a portion of the FRIO’s cooling performance while remaining as quiet as possible – Thermaltake rate it at a grass whispering 16dBA. At this noise level it is capable of dealing with 200 watts of heat, which we will test later.

NVIDIAs Best Buy GeForce GTX 460 1GB Video Card Overview
Legit Reviews posted a review on NVIDIAs Best Buy GeForce GTX 460 1GB Video Card

We got word late yesterday by a friend at NVIDIA that Best Buy had slipped up and released NVIDIA branded graphics cards on Sunday night. This is the first time that we have seen NVIDIA branded video cards being sold direct and we went to a few Best Buy stores in St. Louis and sure enough, we spotted the cards sitting on store shelves. We couldn't leave the store empty handed, so we bought the card for $299.99 and headed back to see what it was all about.

We got word late yesterday by a friend at NVIDIA that Best Buy had slipped up and released NVIDIA branded graphics cards on Sunday night. This was a week before they were supposed to hit store shelves as NVIDIA hasn't even released the PR stating that the company has joined forces with Best Buy and that Best Buy is now directly selling NVIDIA Branded video cards directly to consumers. Crucial are a big name in the memory industry and in particular, their high performance Ballistix kits. The latest addition to this line of DDR3 performance Random Access Memory comes in the form of the BL2KIT25664FN1608 4GB kit rated at 1600MHz. However, Crucial has added temperature sensing capabilities to the DIMMs with an in-built sensor integrated into the SPD chip reporting information back to the Memory Overview Display (MOD) software.

Whilst CPUs are very much geared up to provide accurate temperature data, it's rarely seen with memory kits. Crucial has seized upon this gap in the market with MOD offering a USP. Let's check it out...

Patriot Xporter XT Rage 32GB Flash Drive Review
OCC has published a review on the Patriot Xporter XT Rage 32GB Flash Drive

The Patriot Xporter XT Rage is a perfect example of a high speed flash drive. The drive consistently displayed high read and write speeds, which make for a perfect portable transfer solution. During the testing, the read speeds were average among the comparison drives, sometimes taking the lead and sometimes coming in a bit behind. When it came to the write speeds, however, the Patriot Rage was the clear winner. During the 4MB and 5MB Flash Memory Toolkit tests, it displayed write speeds greater than 20MB/s while most of the comparison drives were under half that speed.[/quote6

Mafia II PC Game Review
OCC has published a review on the Mafia II PC Game

The point isn't for you to change the outcome of the story, but to involve you in it. That's essentially what happens when you play Mafia II. The dialogue is well delivered and each character has his or her own personality. In addition, the atmosphere and visuals are appealing with the roughly period music to accent it. It's immersive enough that you almost forget about the sloppy driving, pseudo-open world, and lack of manual save games, and if you don't watch yourself, you can easily end up playing hours at a time.[/quote6

HP Compaq 6005 Pro Ultraslim PC Review
TestFreaks posted a review on the HP Compaq 6005 Pro Ultraslim PC

Today for review I’ve got a product that I found rather interesting, it’s an ultraslim computer that has holes in it to match those on your monitor, yes the computer can actually be mounted to the back of your monitor turning in into an all-in-one basically. You don’t have to mount it that way, it can sit horizontally or vertically in the included stand. Inside you’ll find a Phenom II X4 CPU along with 4gigs of DDR3 ram, a 250GB hard drive and an ATI HD 4200 graphics chip. All in all it’s not a bad little computer really, it works well and it’s fairly fast really.

Patriot Inferno 120GB SandForce-Based SSD Review
HotHardware.com posted a review on the Patriot Inferno 120GB SandForce-Based SSD

For a time, Intel's X25 series of solid state drives stood head and shoulders above the rest of the SSD pack. But with the influx of new players along with the rapid pace of innovation in the SSD space, Intel's aging offerings-while still very good-are no longer a cut above. In fact, in enthusiast circles, it's drives based on upstart SandForce's controllers that currently garner the lion's share of interest. And you don't have to take our word for it. Just take a look at SandForce's current list of partners; it reads like a list of "who's who" in the memory market with names like OCZ, Corsair, Mushkin, G.SKILL, and Patriot, among others.
