3DnHardware has posted a review on the OCZ Performance Enhanced PC150 CAS2 256meg momory stick.

Featuring Infineon 7.5ns chips, which are rated at CAS2, the stick can pull off 150mhz without a problem, in theory. These sticks are hand picked and tested by the OCZ staff to reach the certain speed, which in our case is 150mhz CAS2. Infineon or Micron provides all OCZ sticks, and mostly all of them are the manufacturers highest quality products. This being OCZ you'd expect these sticks to have a very high overclockability, even though the stick is rated at 150mhz, expecting it to hit higher is a requirement. There is very little competition that can make it to the magic 150mhz mark, even less that can reach that at CAS2. So if you want major performance, OCZ might be the only true way to go.
