The product being presented in this article is the OmniView SOHO Series 4-Port KVM Switch with Audio PS/2 and USB Platform manufactured by Belkin. This product is different from many KVMs on the market today in that it 1)allows for connection via USB port, and 2)has audio capabilities allowing the user to utilize one set of speakers on up to 4 computers. The USB compatability allows the rare person who has a PC and a MAC, or PC and a SUN, or even PC / MAC / SUN combination of computers to share the same keyboard, monitor, and mouse.
