This patch has been issued to address the inadvertent cancellation of intrinsic event query registrations in Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI). This problem typically occurs with event queries made against classes that take longer than one second to fully enumerate.

This problem only affects Windows 2000 Service Pack 2 (SP2)
