Does it need to be an high-end Pentium4 to get the most out oft your newly acquired 400$-Monster-VGA-Card or can the Radeon9700pro get a decent Performance even out of low- end Pentium4 with a mere 1,6GHz? This, in comparison to equivalent scalings of the Ti4600 we tried to find out in our latest graphics-article.
With no less than 12 (twelve!) Pentium4 CPUs on either 400MHz and 533MHz FSB we checked whether only high-end and high-end in both CPU and VGA do make a match or if one can help out the other in any way.
