Club3D SenseVision Adapters Review

The range of SenseVision hardware from Club3D (http://club-3d.com/index.php/sensevision/usb-graphics/usb-graphics.en.html) consists of products that are intelligent, expensive and rather impressive. The common theme is that the devices rely on the epic bandwidth offered by USB 3.0 and they fall into three categories which are Docking Stations, Multi Stream Transport Hubs and USB graphics. These respectively add new ports, redirect your video signal to a variety of ports or add new graphics connectors to your PC, laptop or tablet.

Logitech G910 Orion Spark RGB Mechanical Gaming Keyboard Review

The G910 Orion Spark is Logitech's first RGB mechanical keyboard and it looks nothing like their past keyboards. Its exaggerated futuristic looking vibe stands in contrast to the more conserved, if still somewhat overdone G19 predecessor. There's also the new naming scheme for Logitech Gaming products released since last year which involves tacking on some combination of two words with the first being the name of a character from Greek mythology. For the G910's namesake, Orion was a giant huntsman who after his death and defeat to a giant scorpion was honorably placed in the night sky as a constellation. Read on to see how this gaming keyboard performs!

MediaTek to license AMD graphics

This is a big deal for both companies, as this means that AMD is getting back into the ultra-low power graphics market, while MediaTek might finally get faster graphics and gain more appeal in the high end segment. The choice of ARM Mali or Imaginations Technologies GPUs is available for anyone, but as most of you know Qualcomm has its own in-house Adreno graphics, while Nvidia uses ultra-low power Maxwell GPUs for its latest SoCs.

Since Nvidia exited the mobile phone business, it is now a two horse race between the ever dominant Qualcomm and fast growing MediaTek. The fact that MediaTek will get AMD graphics just adds fuel to the fire.

Phanteks Enthoo EVOLV ITX Case Review

Since the introduction of their first case, the Enthoo Primo way back in 2013 Phanteks has been busy. While they could easily have sat around enjoying the success that the Primo brought, the crew at Phanteks has instead been bringing us many many new and innovative cases. With their finger on the pulse of the mod community, each new case seems to fulfill a niche that the PC world has just been waiting to have filled. Certainly no exception to this rule, today we are taking a close look at the newest addition to the Phanteks family, the Enthoo Evolv ITX. Like it’s wildly popular predecessor the Evolv, this new mini chassis is here to provide big install space in a tiny form factor. Accepting only mini ITX motherboards, we are excited to see what this micro machine has to offer.

Raspberry Pi 2 - Then and Now, a Comparison

It's been 3 years since the original Pi launched and seemed to single-handedly send the internet into meltdown. In the intervening years, several new versions of the board have been released, each adding small incremental improvements, with an additional 2 USB ports being added to version B+ and the RAM being doubled from 256MB (in versions A to B Rev1) to 512Mb in subsequent models. Due in no small part to the incredible demand for the Pi, it was some time before I was able to get my hands on one, picking up the model B rev 2, which came with just 2 USB ports and a friction lock SD card slot.

Taming The Cougar 600K Mechanical Gaming Keyboard

Don't beat yourself up if you're not familiar with the Cougar brand. It's a German company that's been in the game since 2007, though its presence in the United States is largely overshadowed by companies like Razer and Logitech, two of the bigger dogs in the gaming peripherals scene. But like Roccat, another device maker headquartered in Germany, Cougar is making an effort to establish a higher level of brand recognition on our home turf by releasing competitive gaming gear that blend form and function.

The product we're looking at here is Cougar's 600K Mechanical Gaming Keyboard. It's a subdued version of Cougar's flagship 700K intended for people who want the look and feel of the higher end plank, but not necessarily all the features (or price) that it comes with...
