You can install SyncThru on all the computers you want to access the printer on the network, allowing the printer to be it's own print server. However this may not be the ideal solution for a business. A better way is to install the printer on one computer (a print server), by parallel, USB, or ethernet, and then install it as a network printer from the other computers. This will allow you to manage access to the printer and setup title pages with the users name on it for each print job.
