MBReview has put up their a review on the Samsung SP4002H Hard Drive
If you take a look at the two test result images from above you’ll notice two important things. First off, our Deskstar 60GXP bests the SP4002H by 1.6ms for the random access time. This seems like a small number, but with manufacturers fighting for every last .1ms of speed, this could mean a slight performance loss in the end. The IBM Deskstar 60GXP also comes ahead for maximum read burst speed. The SP4002H achieves a maximum burst read speed of around 76MB/s, while the Deskstar achieves right in the area of 82MB/s maximum burst read speed.
