Dan´s Data has posted a review on the Samsung SyncMaster 955DF monitor

The Samsung SyncMaster 955DF is a 19 inch, dead flat, good quality monitor with a price that puts it close to the cheap end of the market. But it´s got considerably better specifications than entry level 19 inchers.

I made it my holy quest to find out whether the numbers added up to a good value screen, in the real world. I poked, prodded and peered, and then I committed a certain amount of arithmetic.
