Once upon a time, in the mid-to-late 90s, owning a small computer (typically built on the micro-ATX format) was synonymous to owning a bottom-feeding piece of throwaway garbage with marginally more upgradability then the 386 sitting in your garage and a case infinitely more annoying to work in.
