Dan's Data has checked out Arctic Cooling's VGA Silencer

Arctic Cooling's VGA Silencer low noise cooler for most Radeon graphics cards (and GeForce3 Tis, in case anyone cares) has been reviewed here and there already, but I don't think anybody had made any hard performance or noise numbers for it.

Well, I've done that now.
