The "F" controls the fans, letting you know the RPM of the 4 different fans. It also lets you know which fan you have selected on the lower right. The "C" is for.... can you guess? I think I heard 'color' from the guy in the back. That's right! The "C" changes the LED to a variety of colors that include blue, green, red, some kind of teal, light green, purple, or none.
